Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia is comprised of taxpayers and pet lovers who are committed to saving all healthy and treatable companion animals in Philadelphia shelters. Using political advocacy, grassroots efforts and humane education, CNKP works with our elected officials, other non-profit groups and the public to raise awareness about creating No-Kill model that will save the lives of the 10,000+ cats, dogs and small animals that die each year in Philadelphia shelters because of overpopulation.
Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization
and was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 2009.

Please help Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia plan more cooperative adoption events like this one. Bringing the community together to support the ultimate goal of making Philadelphia a No-Kill city is an important way to raise awareness and save lives! However, it’s not cheap. We defray the cost with vendor fees and merchandise sales, but it’s not enough. In order to continue this kind of programming we need your help.
